New Orleans Police are searching for a 22-year-old man they say shot and killed his 17-year-old girlfriend early Wednesday morning inside of his home in the 2100 block of Franklin Avenue.
Video: Watch the Story According to Assistant Superintendent Marlon Defillo, witnesses said the couple had been arguing for some time when Williams armed himself with a shotgun and shot his girlfriend in the torso.
Williams is being sought on charges of second-degree murder. Defillo said police believe he is in the Mid-City area.
